Michael Flinchbaugh

BROKER ASSOCIATE

Michael joined the Lord Companies L.L.C. in 2019 after graduating Magna Cum Laude from Loyola University Chicago. While at Loyola, Michael obtained a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the Quinlan School of Business and was a member of the Business Honors Program. Throughout his four years, Michael began interning at a property development company on Chicago’s north side where he maintained the firm’s MLS listings during the height of leasing season for over fifty multifamily and commercial properties. He also assisted in preparing quarterly investor statements and created promotions for new building acquisitions.

Michael then joined a national brokerage firm that focused on the sale of senior housing assets helping to create marketing packages for single asset and portfolio sales. In addition, he generated sales comparables, analyzed key demographic trends, and formatted clients’ financials for underwriting. In these roles, Michaels work focused on market research, deliverable creation, and inventory management gaining knowledge of real estate development and the nuances of
commercial real estate brokerage.

He is a licensed Illinois broker and assists in managing marketing campaigns, providing high-touch assistance to company leadership, and driving real estate initiatives. Michael focuses on sales, leasing, and consulting of retail and mixed-use properties in Chicago and the metro suburbs representing both Landlords and Tenants. He is working towards making valuable connections and establishing a career in commercial real estate.
